WTF HAPPENED? (Part three in a never-ending series of rants) We used to be able to differentiate between the two primary parties (Republican – Democrat) and pick a candidate from one or the other party in an election, confident that person really represented our overall views and philosophies regarding the direction of our Republic. SO – WTF happened?!?
RANT: The Hypermilitarization of “Peace Officers” I started writing this article the other day and then dropped it because, after a slightly spirited discourse with one of my ‘friends’ on Facebook, I was told that I “go off” when I “see a cop” (whatever the hell that means).

I usually dig country and 70′s and 80′s rock, but I do like some modern stuff. I’m not a huge “pop” fan, so I don’t keep up on all the newer stuff coming out, but sometimes, friends expose me to some pretty good stuff… and this is one of those times.
So, let me ask you a question… are you an angry person? Do people call you angry and obsessed because you’re passionate about doing all you can (in whatever limited ways you have) to keep this country from going even further down the wrong road that it’s already on?
